This work draws on a depth psychology oriented approach which includes Jungian coaching, dreamwork, guided imagery, active imagination, embodied imagination, and other approaches that help us reconnect with our inner wisdom.
The work begins with curiosity, wonder, and openness.
For millennia, human beings have turned to dreams, intuition, images, synchronicities, and symbolic methods for guidance. These experiences can open a door into new understanding — especially when we feel stuck, lost or ready for a fresh start.
About Erika
Erika Steffe is a retired physician with 30 years of experience accompanying people through life changes. Early in her medical career, she came to understand that healing often comes from within. That discovery led her toward a lifelong passion for depth psychology, specifically Jungian psychology. Her training includes:

Certification in the Jungian Approach to Trauma with Donald Kalshed PhD, Pacifica Graduate Institute
